The Soul Train

It wouldn’t feel so lonely

If you took the time to know me

Why be strangers sharing a life?

Where every word has it’s price

We’ll both drown in this solitude

Victims of what we never did

With a bitter taste of feeling alone

Living in a stranger’s home.
